TLC Academy is a new facility located in the entire first floor of a Tudor Style home near the heart of downtown Stamford. This clean, intimate learning environment is a safe place where your child can grow mentally and physically indoors and outdoors. A large variety of fundamental educational and exercising equipment, materials and supplies such as; playhouses, tricycles and touch screen computers are all part of a hands on living classroom environment where children are encouraged to learn.

Cynthia grew up in the family business helping her parents with Little Angel's Preschool and later studied early child development at Nova University and Broward Community College. Cynthia also served as a volunteer in the children's ward at Memorial Hospital, Hollywood, Florida while attending special courses on early childhood development to keep up with the latest research and technology. She takes all the best working features from all the main curriculums such as, High Scope, Waldorf, Montessori and Spectrum combining them to create a highly innovative and successful learning program.

Each child is a unique individual with their own personality, learning pattern, pace, temperament and intellectual ability. Personal attention and exposure to a wide range of mentally stimulating activities helps bring out each child's strengths and in turn helps developing a more complete individual.

TLC's curriculum focuses on your child's developmental needs through a combination of carefully planned objectives providing continuous learning experiences. TLC is totally committed to the discovery and creative exploration within each and every child.

Musical Education is a large part of TLC's program. It is believed that music has a powerful effect on learning and the creative development of children. Music stimulates right brain activity, improves concentration and memory while creating a more relaxed environment in which to introduce children to other cultures.
